1. Prepare and execute detailed 2D and 3D plans for the transformation or renovation of existing buildings.
2. Ensure the accuracy of plans in compliance with legal regulations and implantation guidelines.
3. Guarantee the structural feasibility and integrity of projects.
4. Update plans following relocations or reconfigurations.
5. Create new layouts and designs.
6. Conduct field surveys and data collection to inform plan creation.
7. Document existing structures and implement necessary corrections identified on-site.

1. Possession of a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in drafting or building construction.

1. Technical expertise in building design and drafting.
2. Ability to apply and evolve knowledge autonomously.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Creativity and reliability.
5. Attention to detail and precision.

Experience in a technical domain related to building design and construction is required.

Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in drafting or building construction.
