1. Coordinate international retail space projects in collaboration with architects, suppliers, and team members.
2. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards by supervising project development and delivery.
3. Evaluate and plan material needs and inventory, ensuring availability and efficient management.
4. Develop support tools and ensure clear and precise information dissemination among stakeholders.
5. Prepare and analyze tenders, manage relationships with partners and suppliers.
6. Manage and analyze costs and oversee orders via SAP.
7. Oversee CRM management and maintain databases for optimal project tracking.

1. Advanced degree in architecture or interior architecture.
2. Over 5 years of experience in managing luxury interior design projects internationally.
3. Proficiency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Monday platform, SAP, and CRM systems.
2. Ability to work autonomously with excellent organizational skills and stress resilience.
3. Positive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and proactive approach.
4. Analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to anticipate and respond effectively.

Over 5 years of experience in managing luxury interior design projects internationally.

Advanced degree in architecture or interior architecture.
