1. Lead and manage the group of commercial apprentices.
2. Conduct individual follow-ups for each commercial apprentice.
3. Ensure training aligns with the official training ordinance.
4. Review and validate each apprentice's mandates and second-year projects.
5. Organize and manage monthly follow-up sessions.
6. Facilitate and oversee the network of field trainers.
7. Participate in the recruitment of commercial apprentices.
8. Develop and deliver training sessions as needed.
9. Establish the annual schedule for internships and apprentices.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the department.

1. Commercial CFC complemented by a Bachelor-level education or equivalent.
2. Apprentice Trainer certification and knowledge of the new commercial employee ordinance is an asset.
3. Experience in team management and apprentice or intern supervision.
4. Fluency in French with excellent writing skills.

2. In-depth knowledge of the Swiss education system.

Experience in managing teams and overseeing apprentices or interns is required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
