Rolex Apprenticeship Trainer — Watch Finishing

- Deliver practical and theoretical instruction to apprentices specialising in watch case finishing and polishing.
- Monitor and update individual training plans throughout each apprentice's curriculum to ensure competence progression.
- Plan and coordinate workplace placements and practical internships; prepare apprentices for vocational examinations.
- Provide personalised follow-up for each apprentice, implementing remedial actions where required to secure learning outcomes.
- Design and deliver technical training sessions for shop floor staff and colleagues.
- Participate in recruitment activities for apprenticeship intake and assess candidate suitability.
- Contribute to apprenticeship events and represent the training centre at internal and external forums.
- Engage in continuous improvement projects to optimise training content, workshop layout and pedagogical methods.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal and external partners involved in the apprenticeship programme.
- Federal VET diploma (CFC) as Watch Finisher / Case finishing (Termineur en habillage horloger).
- Solid practical knowledge of automatic finishing processes and machinery (terminaison automatique).
- Good understanding of the Swiss vocational education and training (VET) system.
- Experience in training or teaching is an asset.
- Proven ability to organise, document and evolve individual training plans.

Proven professional experience as a watch finisher on case/finishing operations; prior experience in vocational training or supervising apprentices is highly desirable.
Federal VET certificate (CFC) as Watch Finisher — case finishing/polishing.
