1. Deliver practical and theoretical instruction to apprentices specialising in watch case finishing and polishing.
2. Monitor and update individual training plans throughout each apprentice's curriculum to ensure competence progression.
3. Plan and coordinate workplace placements and practical internships; prepare apprentices for vocational examinations.
4. Provide personalised follow-up for each apprentice, implementing remedial actions where required to secure learning outcomes.
5. Design and deliver technical training sessions for shop floor staff and colleagues.
6. Participate in recruitment activities for apprenticeship intake and assess candidate suitability.
7. Contribute to apprenticeship events and represent the training centre at internal and external forums.
8. Engage in continuous improvement projects to optimise training content, workshop layout and pedagogical methods.
9. Ensure smooth coordination between internal and external partners involved in the apprenticeship programme.

1. Federal VET diploma (CFC) as Watch Finisher / Case finishing (Termineur en habillage horloger).
2. Solid practical knowledge of automatic finishing processes and machinery (terminaison automatique).
3. Good understanding of the Swiss vocational education and training (VET) system.
4. Experience in training or teaching is an asset.
5. Proven ability to organise, document and evolve individual training plans.
