1. Lead and manage the group of commercial apprentices.
2. Monitor the progress of each commercial apprentice.
3. Ensure training aligns with the educational ordinance.
4. Review and validate each apprentice's mandates and second-year projects.
5. Conduct monthly follow-up sessions.
6. Facilitate and oversee the network of field trainers.
7. Participate in the recruitment of commercial apprentices.
8. Develop and deliver training sessions based on needs.
9. Establish the annual schedule for internships and apprentices.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement projects.

1. Commercial CFC complemented by a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. Apprentice Trainer certification and knowledge of the new commercial employee ordinance is an advantage.
3. Experience in team management and apprentice or intern supervision.
4. Excellent pedagogical skills.
5. Strong knowledge of the Swiss education system.
6. Native French speaker with excellent writing skills.

Experience in managing teams and supervising apprentices or interns is required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
