1. Train apprentices in watch finishing and polishing techniques.
2. Monitor and enhance training plans for apprentices throughout their program.
3. Plan and organize internships, preparing apprentices for examinations.
4. Provide personalized mentorship and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Develop pedagogical skills and contribute to recruitment processes.
6. Engage in apprenticeship events and continuous improvement projects.
7. Organize and conduct technical training sessions for employees.
8. Ensure effective coordination with internal and external partners.

1. Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in watch finishing.
2. Experience in training is advantageous.
3. Strong knowledge of automatic finishing processes.
4. Familiarity with Swiss professional training systems.

Experience in training within the watchmaking industry is preferred.
