1. Train apprentices in Mechanical Practice, Production Mechanics, and Polymechanics.
2. Monitor and enhance training plans for apprentices throughout their curriculum.
3. Plan and organize internships and examinations, and prepare apprentices accordingly.
4. Provide personalized follow-up for each apprentice and implement corrective actions if necessary.
5. Develop pedagogical skills, participate in the recruitment process, and organize technical training sessions.
6. Manage projects related to the acquisition of new production means.

1. Diploma as a Technical Engineer ES, HES Engineer in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
2. Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a machining environment with project management expertise.
3. Familiarity with Swiss professional training and the watchmaking industry.

1. Proficiency in CREO and experience in training (an asset).
2. Mastery of standard office tools and knowledge of English (an asset).
3. Pedagogical skills, enthusiasm, empathy, and exemplary conduct.
4. Strong communication skills, rigor, and organizational ability.

A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in a machining environment with project management expertise is required.

Diploma as a Technical Engineer ES, HES Engineer in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
