1. Train apprentices in Mechanical Practice, Production Mechanics, and Polymechanics.
2. Monitor and enhance training plans for apprentices throughout their program.
3. Plan and organize internships and examinations, and prepare apprentices accordingly.
4. Provide personalized follow-up for each apprentice and implement corrective actions if necessary.
5. Develop pedagogical skills, participate in the recruitment process, and organize technical training sessions.
6. Manage projects related to the acquisition of new production means.

1. Diploma as a Technician ES, Engineer HES in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent title.
2. Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a machining environment and project management expertise.
3. Knowledge of Swiss professional training and the watchmaking industry.
4. Familiarity with CREO and experience in training (an asset).
5. Proficiency in standard office tools and knowledge of English (an asset).

At least 5 years of confirmed experience in a machining environment with project management expertise.
