1. Lead and manage the group of commercial apprentices.
2. Monitor the progress of each commercial apprentice.
3. Ensure training aligns with the training ordinance.
4. Review and validate each apprentice's mandates and second-year projects.
5. Organize and conduct monthly follow-up sessions.
6. Facilitate and oversee the network of field trainers.
7. Participate in the recruitment of commercial apprentices.
8. Develop and deliver training programs based on needs.
9. Establish the annual schedule for internships and apprenticeships.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement projects.

1. Commercial CFC completed with a Bachelor's level education or equivalent.
2. Apprentice Trainer certification and knowledge of the new commercial employee ordinance is a plus.
3. Experience in team management and mentoring apprentices or interns.

1. Excellent pedagogical skills.
2. Strong knowledge of the Swiss education system.
3. Native French speaker with excellent writing skills.
4. Organized and meticulous.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, courteous and a good listener.
7. Exemplary and positive attitude.

Experience in managing teams and overseeing apprentices or interns is required.

Commercial CFC completed with a Bachelor's level education or equivalent.
