1. Produce components for watch movements using a range of machining and production methods.
2. Prepare and set up tools, jigs and materials required for manufacturing operations.
3. Operate manual and semi‑automated machining equipment safely and to specification.
4. Ensure the dimensional and surface quality of produced parts through inspection and measurement.
5. Follow work instructions, manufacturing documentation and quality procedures.
6. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on assigned machines and tooling.
7. Record production data and communicate defects or process deviations to trainers or supervisors.
8. Participate in vocational training sessions and apply theoretical instruction to workshop practice.
