Rolex After-Sales Service Planner

- Ensure the feasibility of production volumes for after-sales service items in alignment with site constraints and demand requirements.
- Coordinate operations with the client site to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor production operations and update the ERP system to maintain a realistic manufacturing plan.
- Collaborate on the re-industrialization strategy for after-sales service items and ensure its implementation.
- Plan and manage the cessation of production for relevant items.
- University degree in Logistics or Production, or an equivalent qualification such as EPF/HES Engineer.
- Proficiency in project management fundamentals.
- Strong listening skills and ability to propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
- Analytical skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in standard office tools and ERP systems.
Prior professional experience in a supply chain domain is desired.
University degree in Logistics or Production, or equivalent.
