Rolex Accounts Payable Assistant

- Verify and record supplier invoices in the accounting system according to established procedures.
- Ensure adherence to payment deadlines, prepare electronic payments, and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Participate in the reconciliation of supplier accounts and verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Contribute to the optimization of financial processes and participate in cross-functional projects such as the digitalization of accounting flows.
- Assist in the implementation of internal control procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency in accounting operations.
- Collaborate closely with various departments and the finance team to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Prepare periodic reports on the status of supplier accounts and propose improvement solutions.
- Control and maintain supplier and banking master data.
- Educational background in Finance/Accounting, CFC or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience of over 5 years in the field of accounting.
- Experience in managing accounting projects is desired.
- Proficiency in standard office software and accounting software (SAP, digitization tools).
- Strong financial analysis skills and ability to identify and solve problems.
- Fluency in French with good knowledge of English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills with internal teams and suppliers.
- Proactive in identifying possible improvements within the department.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Absolute confidentiality and attention to detail.
Over 5 years of proven experience in accounting is required.
Finance/Accounting education, CFC or equivalent certification.
