1. Support the coordination of the 5S division.
2. Initiate and lead new 5S projects.
3. Revitalize existing 5S projects that are not yet autonomous.
4. Act as an accompanying auditor for annual audits, including preliminary, intermediate, and final stages.
5. Foster and maintain a positive dynamic within the team.
6. Guide and oversee the implementation of signage and marking in compliance with 5S standards.
7. Ensure adherence to the 5S reference framework.
8. Contribute to the relocation projects of logistics platforms.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mechanics, Technology Management, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent.

1. Knowledge of Lean and/or continuous improvement methodologies.
2. Proficiency in MS Office tools, with advanced skills in Excel.
3. Comfortable leading sessions.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Adaptability and analytical mindset.

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement concepts is essential.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
