Rolex 5S Implementation Intern

- Support the coordination of the 5S division.
- Initiate and lead new 5S projects.
- Revitalize existing 5S projects that are not yet autonomous.
- Act as an accompanying auditor for annual audits, including preliminary, intermediate, and final stages.
- Foster and maintain a positive dynamic within the team.
- Guide and oversee the implementation of signage and marking in compliance with 5S standards.
- Ensure adherence to the 5S reference framework.
- Contribute to the relocation projects of logistics platforms.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mechanics, Technology Management, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Lean and/or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Comfortable leading sessions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability and analytical mindset.
No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement concepts is essential.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
