- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to affluent and VIP clients across sales, after‑sales and bespoke requests.

- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients using targeted outreach, appointment selling and CRM tools.
- Present and articulate technical and aesthetic attributes of haute horlogerie movements and complications with confidence.
- Support boutique operations including stock management, POS transactions, sales administration and adherence to security procedures.
- Contribute to visual merchandising standards, window dressing and in‑store product presentation to reflect brand image.
- Mentor and coach junior sales staff; participate in product training and local commercial initiatives.
- Liaise with regional management on client requests, special orders and inventory allocation.
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, ideally within watches or fine jewellery.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour appropriate for a luxury environment.
- Strong clienteling discipline and experience using CRM or client database systems.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
