Roger Dubuis Retail & Operations Coordinator

- Coordinate day-to-day boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation and point-of-sale administration.
- Manage inventory processes: stock receiving, cycle counts, reconciliation, and stock transfers between boutiques and central warehouse.
- Serve as primary liaison with regional headquarters and logistics partners to schedule deliveries, returns, and repairs.
- Support clienteling and appointment management, ensuring a seamless in-store experience for VIP and walk-in clients.
- Prepare operational and sales reports, maintain accurate records in CRM and inventory systems, and escalate discrepancies.
- Assist merchandising and visual presentation initiatives to maintain brand standards within the boutique.
- Coordinate boutique staffing logistics, training sessions and ad hoc events or VIP visits.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, local regulations and luxury retail security protocols.
- Proven ability to manage retail operations with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in inventory control and administrative tasks.
- Professional client-facing manner with strong hospitality instincts and confidentiality when handling VIP clients.
- Effective communicator with the ability to liaise across functions (sales, logistics, HQ).
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as required by boutique operations.

Typically 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, inventory control or boutique administration within luxury retail, watches, jewellery, or premium fashion brands. Prior exposure to high‑net‑worth clientele and multi‑channel store logistics is preferred.
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field preferred.
