1. Coordinate day-to-day boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation and point-of-sale administration.
2. Manage inventory processes: stock receiving, cycle counts, reconciliation, and stock transfers between boutiques and central warehouse.
3. Serve as primary liaison with regional headquarters and logistics partners to schedule deliveries, returns, and repairs.
4. Support clienteling and appointment management, ensuring a seamless in-store experience for VIP and walk-in clients.
5. Prepare operational and sales reports, maintain accurate records in CRM and inventory systems, and escalate discrepancies.
6. Assist merchandising and visual presentation initiatives to maintain brand standards within the boutique.
7. Coordinate boutique staffing logistics, training sessions and ad hoc events or VIP visits.
8. Ensure compliance with company procedures, local regulations and luxury retail security protocols.
