Rimowa Weekend Retail Assistant

1. Welcome clients at the store entrance and deliver an attentive, discreet luxury welcome.
2. Ensure clients feel comfortable in the boutique and support a superior in-store client experience.
3. Provide operational assistance across after-sales service, stockroom management and incoming/outgoing deliveries.
4. Support the store team with ad-hoc sales-floor tasks and represent the RIMOWA brand with impeccable presentation and service standards.
5. Assist with maintaining store presentation and replenishment during Saturday trading hours.

1. Availability to work Saturdays (role structured as a Saturday minijob).
2. Fluent spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
3. Customer-focused attitude with polished interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury environment.
4. Previous retail or luxury-sector experience is welcome but not required; newcomers are encouraged to apply.
5. Reliable, punctual and able to perform organisational tasks in the stockroom and support after-sales processes.

Entry-level. Prior experience in luxury retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage but candidates without specific luxury experience are welcome.

No formal tertiary requirement; secondary education (or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
