1. Manage back-office operations for new product launches, ensuring timely implementation of the online customer journey.
2. Oversee retro-planning to guarantee timely reception of elements, allowing ample time for testing and recontribution.
3. Manage product and content creation in alignment with briefs from the Content Team.
4. Deploy implementations across all languages managed by the website.
5. Handle regional change requests to tailor the website to meet regional sales and needs, maintaining high quality and relevance.
6. Utilize project management software to manage regional requests and proactively implement effective solutions.
7. Collaborate with Product Owners and IT teams to stay updated on all functional evolutions.
8. Ensure smooth rollout and implementation of changes by following up with IT on existing functionalities.
9. Provide input on pain points to enhance daily operations and streamline processes.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in E-Commerce or related fields.
2. Solid background in computer science with knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
3. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or other E-Commerce platforms.

1. Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose issues and take appropriate actions.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Minimum of 3 years in E-Commerce or related fields.
