1. Manage relationships with external creative partners, including agencies, freelancers, and artists, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
2. Lead design projects such as global window rotations, special local window activations, in-store props, art commissions, and special design fixtures for retail spaces.
3. Oversee the team roadmap and schedule.
4. Coordinate with regional VM Managers for prop and window orders, providing guidance and support.
5. Collaborate with the Architecture team on art commissions and design fixtures, contributing to the global retail concept.
6. Maintain and update the props catalog for accurate ordering and inventory management.
7. Work closely with the Indirect Purchasing team on prototyping and production of design projects.

1. 8+ years of experience in Creative Project Management, preferably within the luxury industry.
2. Proficiency in Photoshop and 3D software.
3. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. French and German are advantageous.

4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment with multiple stakeholders.

A minimum of 8 years in creative project management, ideally within the luxury sector, though experience in streetwear, design brands, architecture, or creative agencies is also valued.
