1. Perform repairs and troubleshooting on damaged luggage according to RIMOWA standards.
2. Coordinate special repairs with the client care department.
3. Utilize the repair management system for organizing repairs and ordering parts.
4. Maintain the organization and upkeep of the workshop, including machinery and tools.
5. Inform and advise clients on repairs and product information.
6. Meet key performance indicators such as turnaround time and quality standards.
7. Build long-term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty.
8. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
9. Handle materials manually or with equipment, including loading, unloading, and moving.
10. Perform material handling activities like counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking.
11. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations for safe working conditions.
12. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.

1. Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment with hands-on use of small hand tools.
2. Mechanical background with experience in hand and power tools preferred.
3. Previous experience in a repair-related field, particularly luggage, is advantageous.
4. High School diploma or equivalent education.

4. Proactive in client interaction and relationship building.
5. Enthusiastic about retail and client care services.
6. Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.

Entry-level experience in a manufacturing or technical environment, preferably with hands-on use of small hand tools and a mechanical background.

High School diploma or equivalent.
