Rimowa Tax Manager

1. Oversee German tax environments including Corporate tax, CIT, Withholding tax (50a), and VAT, with support in wage tax treatments as needed.
2. Ensure the correct application of tax compliance assessments in collaboration with HR and finance departments.
3. Calculate corporate tax for shareholder reporting and prepare tax proof based on actual data and budget exercises.
4. Maintain implemented transfer pricing based on international tax knowledge.
5. Act as the primary contact for tax auditors during audits and coordinate data collection.
6. Evaluate withholding tax applications on various projects in collaboration with creative and legal teams.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in tax, with prior experience as a tax advisor and in-house counsel.
2. Application for the tax certificate exam in Germany.
3. Solution-oriented mindset with a structured approach to managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
4. Fluency in English and German.

Minimum 5 years of experience in tax, preferably with a background as a tax advisor followed by in-house counsel roles.

Application for the tax certificate exam in Germany is required.
