1. Manage German tax environments including Corporate tax, CIT, Withholding tax (50a), and VAT, with support in wage tax treatments as required.
2. Oversee the application of tax compliance assessments performed by external partners, ensuring collaboration with relevant business departments such as HR and finance.
3. Calculate corporate tax for GMBH shareholder reporting and prepare tax proofs based on actual data and budget exercises.
4. Maintain implemented transfer pricing based on prior international tax knowledge.
5. Act as the primary contact for tax auditors during audits and coordinate data collection.
6. Assess withholding tax application on various projects in collaboration with creative and legal teams.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax, preferably with prior experience as a tax advisor and in-house counsel.
2. Application for the tax certificate exam in Germany is required.
3. Solution-oriented mindset with a structured working method to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
4. Willingness to assume responsibility and work independently.
5. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders and validate tax treatment on transversal projects.
6. Fluency in English and German is required.
