1. Oversee the management of German tax environments including Corporate Tax, CIT, Withholding Tax (50a), and VAT, with support in wage tax treatments as necessary.
2. Ensure the correct application of tax compliance assessments conducted by external partners, collaborating with relevant business departments such as HR and finance.
3. Calculate corporate tax for GMBH shareholder reporting and prepare tax proofs based on actual data and budget exercises.
4. Maintain implemented transfer pricing based on international tax knowledge.
5. Serve as the primary contact for tax auditors during audits and coordinate data collection.
6. Evaluate withholding tax applications on various projects in collaboration with creative and legal teams.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax, with prior roles as a tax advisor and in-house counsel.
2. Application for the tax certificate exam in Germany is required.

3. Fluency in English and German.

A minimum of 5 years in tax roles, preferably with experience as a tax advisor and in-house counsel.

Application for the tax certificate exam in Germany is required.
