1. Manage the German tax environments including Corporate tax, CIT, Withholding tax (50a), and VAT, with occasional support in wage tax treatments.
2. Oversee the application of tax compliance assessments conducted by external partners, ensuring collaboration with relevant business departments such as HR and finance.
3. Calculate corporate tax for GMBH for shareholder reporting and prepare tax proofs based on actual data and budget exercises.
4. Maintain implemented transfer pricing based on international tax knowledge.
5. Act as the primary contact for tax auditors during audits and coordinate data collection.
6. Assess withholding tax applications on diverse projects in collaboration with creative and legal teams.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax, preferably with prior experience as a tax advisor and in-house counsel.
2. Application for the tax certificate exam in Germany.

1. Solution-oriented mindset with a structured working method to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
2. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders to assess and validate tax treatments.
3. Fluency in English and German.

At least 5 years of experience in tax, with a background as a tax advisor and subsequent in-house counsel experience.
