1. Manage German tax environments including corporate tax, CIT, withholding tax, and VAT.
2. Oversee tax compliance assessments in collaboration with external partners and internal departments.
3. Calculate corporate tax for shareholder reporting and prepare tax proofs based on actual data and budget exercises.
4. Maintain transfer pricing policies with prior knowledge of international tax.
5. Act as the primary contact for tax auditors, coordinating data collection during audits.
6. Assess withholding tax applications on various projects in collaboration with creative and legal teams.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in tax, with prior roles as a tax advisor and in-house counsel.
2. Application for the tax certificate exam in Germany is required.

3. Fluency in English and German.

Minimum 5 years of experience in tax, preferably with prior experience as a tax advisor and in-house counsel.
