Rimowa Talent Development Manager

- Manage and implement RIMOWA's signature leadership development program.
- Coordinate logistics for international training sessions, including venue booking and participant communication.
- Collaborate with business leaders to launch and manage e-learning courses on the 360Learning platform.
- Design and facilitate career development workshops and fireside chats for employees at all levels.
- Support the planning and execution of the annual global career week.
- Collaborate with the Global HR community on LVMH Talent cycle initiatives, such as performance appraisals and cross-maisons mobility.
- Collect and analyze metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent initiatives and report on their ROI.
- Develop content for LinkedIn in collaboration with the Communications department to enhance RIMOWA's employer brand.
- At least 5 years of experience in multinational organizations.
- Proven expertise in managing Talent or HR projects, such as Talent Management or Leadership Development.
- Master’s degree.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
- Ability to produce and deliver compelling presentations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills in an international context.
- Analytical skills for interpreting data insights and informing strategic decisions.
Minimum of 5 years in multinational organizations with a focus on Talent or HR project management.
Master’s degree.
