Supply Chain Coordinator

1. Manage and oversee store inventory supply and new product introductions.
2. Monitor product availability for stores.
3. Prepare analyses and action plans for low availability rates of all product types.
4. Define inventory levels for new products and ensure timely delivery for market launch.
5. Act as the primary contact for inventory, new product introductions, and deliveries.
6. Monitor warehouse deliveries and report issues to the logistics manager.
7. Process B2B wholesale orders in Europe, including order verification and adjustment.
8. Calculate orders and set up monthly forecast overviews for strategic business relationships.
9. Serve as the main contact for wholesale customers regarding product availability and delivery times.
10. Monitor and update wholesale customer data.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain

3. Pragmatic, flexible, and quick decision-making ability
4. Strong customer orientation
5. Proficiency in Excel
6. Fluent in German and English (French is an advantage)

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain.
