Rimowa Supply Chain Coordinator

- Manage and oversee store supply and inventory levels, including the introduction of new products.
- Monitor product availability for stores and prepare analyses and action plans for low availability rates.
- Define inventory levels for new products and ensure timely delivery for market launch.
- Serve as the primary contact for inventory, new product launches, and delivery inquiries.
- Supervise warehouse deliveries and report delays, process non-compliance, or product damage to the Logistics Manager.
- Process B2B wholesale orders in Europe, reviewing orders and customer situations, adjusting and confirming orders according to internal guidelines, and generating invoices and credit notes.
- Calculate customer orders and establish a monthly forecast overview for strategic business relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for wholesale customers regarding product availability and delivery times.
- Oversee and update wholesale customer data.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
- Fluency in German and English; French is advantageous.
- Independent and structured work approach.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to connect the dots.
- Pragmatic, flexible, and quick decision-making abilities.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Proficiency in Excel.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain management is required.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
