1. Lead the global implementation and enhancement of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to meet evolving business needs across all regions.
2. Manage sophisticated EDI integrations with third-party logistics providers to enhance communication and streamline workflows.
3. Oversee the integration of core systems such as Genrix and various Supply Chain Management platforms into the existing operational framework.
4. Collaborate with the supply chain team to comprehend requirements and orchestrate system upgrades and expansions.
5. Develop strategic integration approaches with carrier specifications for Transportation Management System (TMS) operations.
6. Simultaneously manage multiple projects while maintaining daily functional excellence and long-term project goals.
7. Curate comprehensive training programs for new system rollouts and deliver end-user support post-launch.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a managerial IT role within supply chain or logistics.
3. Proven experience as an IT manager or similar managerial role within supply chain or logistics domains.

1. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes from order to delivery, including warehouse operations, transportation management, and inventory control.
2. Familiarity with logistics IT systems such as Infolog, EDI standards, Centiro, Buyco, or similar technologies.
3. Excellent project management skills, balancing strategic and operational demands.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
5. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
7. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
8. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward challenges.
9. Fluent English and German skills are required; French would be an asset.
