- Lead the global implementation and enhancement of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to meet evolving business needs across all regions.
- Manage sophisticated EDI integrations with third-party logistics providers to enhance communication and streamline workflows.
- Oversee the integration of core systems such as Genrix and various Supply Chain Management platforms into the existing operational framework.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to comprehend requirements and orchestrate system upgrades and expansions.
- Develop strategic integration approaches with carrier specifications for Transportation Management System (TMS) operations.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects while maintaining daily functional excellence and long-term project goals.
- Curate comprehensive training programs for new system rollouts and deliver end-user support post-launch.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a managerial IT role within supply chain or logistics.
- Proven experience as an IT manager or similar managerial role within supply chain or logistics domains.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes from order to delivery, including warehouse operations, transportation management, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with logistics IT systems such as Infolog, EDI standards, Centiro, Buyco, or similar technologies.
- Excellent project management skills, balancing strategic and operational demands.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward challenges.
- Fluent English and German skills are required; French would be an asset.
Minimum 10 years
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
