1. Inspect and assess cases with clients, ensuring realistic expectations regarding repair quality and timelines.
2. Inform clients about warranty terms and determine if repairs can be conducted in-store or require client care department intervention.
3. Provide clients with updates on repair progress, especially in cases of delays or difficulties.
4. Ensure quality control of suitcases prior to returning them to clients.
5. Utilize systems such as RMS, spare catalogues, and V3 for repair processes and inventory management.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workshop and manage spare parts inventory effectively.
7. Perform in-store repairs using appropriate parts and tools, adhering to RIMOWA's standards and processes.
8. Coordinate with the client care department for repairs requiring external intervention.
9. Organize and manage stock, ensuring accurate inventory levels and accessibility for client advisors.
10. Communicate with headquarters for annual stock counts and validate delivery invoices promptly.
11. Assist client advisors in sales during periods without repair tasks.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

1. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
2. Familiarity with IT systems such as V3, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
3. Comprehensive product, brand, and market knowledge related to RIMOWA
4. Adherence to RIMOWA grooming standards

A minimum of three years in a relevant field, with experience in retail, skilled manual work, and IT proficiency considered beneficial.
