- Inspect and assess cases with clients, ensuring realistic expectations regarding repair quality and timelines.
- Inform clients about warranty terms and determine if repairs can be conducted in-store or require client care department intervention.
- Provide clients with updates on repair progress, especially in cases of delays or difficulties.
- Ensure quality control of suitcases prior to returning them to clients.
- Utilize systems such as RMS, spare catalogues, and V3 for repair processes and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop and manage spare parts inventory effectively.
- Perform in-store repairs using appropriate parts and tools, adhering to RIMOWA's standards and processes.
- Coordinate with the client care department for repairs requiring external intervention.
- Organize and manage stock, ensuring accurate inventory levels and accessibility for client advisors.
- Communicate with headquarters for annual stock counts and validate delivery invoices promptly.
- Assist client advisors in sales during periods without repair tasks.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with IT systems such as V3, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Comprehensive product, brand, and market knowledge related to RIMOWA
- Adherence to RIMOWA grooming standards
A minimum of three years in a relevant field, with experience in retail, skilled manual work, and IT proficiency considered beneficial.
