- Welcome clients at the store entrance and manage first‑point interactions with professionalism and warmth.
- Ensure an impeccable, comfortable luxury environment for customers throughout their visit.
- Provide organisational support across After‑Sales Service, stockroom management and deliveries.
- Represent RIMOWA’s brand standards and visual presentation in all client‑facing moments.
- Assist the store team with ad hoc tasks to maintain operational flow during peak periods or special events.
- Fluent Italian and English required to advise international clientele; additional languages an asset.
- Customer‑centric demeanour with demonstrable attention to service quality and discretion.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred but not mandatory; new starters are welcome.
- Availability to work on the specified temporary assignment (one day, 6 April) and to operate on site.

Entry‑level. Prior experience in luxury retail or high‑end customer service is desirable but not required; candidates with transferable hospitality or retail experience will be considered.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or a related field preferred.
