1. Lead and support the team alongside the store manager, assuming leadership in their absence.
2. Ensure efficient store operations, including task delegation, cashiering, personnel management, and inventory oversight.
3. Drive strategic growth through analysis of product and consumer trends.
4. Deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring each customer embarks on a personalized RIMOWA journey.
5. Cultivate long-term client relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
6. Assist with special requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department.
7. Foster a collaborative team environment, embodying RIMOWA's values and enhancing team spirit.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
