1. Lead and support the team alongside the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, assuming leadership in their absence.
2. Drive strategic growth by analyzing product and consumer trends.
3. Develop team members and train new colleagues.
4. Maintain store organization in accordance with RIMOWA's visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering personal RIMOWA journeys for all clients.
6. Cultivate long-term client relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
7. Assist with special requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department.
8. Exhibit teamwork, embodying RIMOWA's values and uplifting team spirit.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

5. Attention to visual detail and achieving team objectives.

7. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the luxury retail sector is required.
