Rimowa Store Supervisor

- Provide support for team members to achieve their objectives and act as a point of contact for the team.
- Train new colleagues and contribute to building a strong, cohesive team.
- Offer constructive feedback to team members and lead by example.
- Assist store management with daily planning and KPI reporting and analysis.
- Create a welcoming environment for clients, manage customer flow, and personalize the customer experience.
- Present and explain products, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Demonstrate brand expertise and perform cashiering and POS operations.
- Maintain inventory awareness to suggest alternatives to customers.
- Collect and update CRM data and perform CRM activities using the R-Client App.
- Address client service issues, evaluate repair needs, and communicate repair status.
- Support in-store technicians with repair transactions and perform minor repairs.
- Ensure the store is organized, clean, and adheres to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain personal grooming in line with company standards.
- Experience in luxury retail, minimum of 3 years.
- Previous experience with luxury products.
- Relevant experience as a Client Advisor with additional responsibilities.
- Proven track record of performance.
- Embodies RIMOWA values and acts as a brand ambassador.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficient in CRM and POS systems.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining store standards.
- Ability to perform minor repairs and handle repair transactions.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, with experience in client advisory roles and additional responsibilities.
