1. Lead the team alongside the Store Manager and assume leadership in their absence.
2. Drive strategic growth through analysis of product and consumer trends.
3. Facilitate team development and train new colleagues.
4. Ensure the store is organized and adheres to RIMOWA's visual merchandising standards.
5. Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering personal RIMOWA journeys.

7. Coordinate with client care for special requests and repairs.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail sector.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
