1. Achieve store sales goals and financial targets.
2. Train team in selling techniques and product knowledge.
3. Analyze store performance and devise solutions.

6. Ensure inventory meets business needs and manage repair processes.
7. Conduct inventory counts and manage stock movement.

11. Maintain POS functions and store payroll within budget.
12. Create sales and marketing reports using Excel and Cedig.

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Minimum 5 years in retail management with a luxury brand.
