Rimowa Store Manager

- Manage, coach, supervise, and motivate the team on the sales floor.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence in retail activities.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics and communicate findings to the General Manager.
- Enhance sales performance through product knowledge and coaching on selling and clientele skills.
- Uphold RIMOWA values and competencies, striving to exceed expectations.
- Lead by example, demonstrating RIMOWA's sales and service model.
- Assist client advisors in achieving individual goals through monitoring and feedback.
- Ensure team members exemplify company strategies, values, and policies.
- Maintain a respectful sales environment at all times.
- Deliver outstanding sales and service experiences to all clients.
- Develop plans to improve communication, reputation, performance, and client development.
- Ensure store tidiness and proper execution of visual merchandising and new launch displays.
- Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment.

- Passion for retail and client service.
- Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
- Fluency in the national language and English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in sales and management within a luxury retail environment is required.
