2. Set and manage store and team goals, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.
3. Conduct interviews and manage onboarding for new hires.
4. Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exemplary customer service and fostering customer relationships.
5. Manage customer data and handle repair services at the store.
6. Oversee sales and budget management, including KPI tracking.
7. Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, deliveries, and repairs.
8. Maintain positive relationships with department stores.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury brand retail or store management.
2. Basic proficiency in PC skills.
