1. Oversee the comprehensive operations of the Rimowa store located within a department store in Nagoya.
2. Set store objectives in alignment with company strategy.
3. Manage team members' goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct coaching sessions.
4. Conduct interviews and meetings for new hires.
5. Deliver exemplary customer service as a brand ambassador.
6. Build and maintain customer relationships and manage customer data.
7. Handle repair requests and manage repair processes at the store.
8. Manage sales and budgetary goals.
9. Oversee KPI information management.
10. Supervise daily operational tasks including opening and closing procedures, deliveries, and repairs.
11. Maintain a positive relationship with the department store.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury brand or retail sales and store management.
2. Basic PC skills.

2. Strong customer service orientation.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency in English is an advantage.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
