1. Manage, coach, supervise, and motivate the sales team on the retail floor.
2. Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence in retail activities.
3. Maximize sales performance through product knowledge education and coaching on selling and clientele skills.
4. Assist client advisors in achieving individual goals by monitoring the selling process and providing feedback.
5. Enable in-store technicians and operations teams to deliver impeccable aftersales service and smooth operations.
6. Analyze weekly and monthly performance, create action plans, and communicate reports to the General Manager.
7. Support and uphold RIMOWA values and competencies, striving to exceed expectations.
8. Lead by example, demonstrating RIMOWA's sales and service model, and assist clients in providing outstanding experiences.
9. Ensure store tidiness, compliance with health and safety regulations, and correct execution of visual merchandising and new launch displays.

1. Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment.

5. Proficiency in German and English.
