1. Manage, coach, supervise, and motivate the retail team on the sales floor.
2. Recruit, train, and develop team members while fostering a culture of excellence in retail operations.
3. Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics and communicate findings to the General Manager.
4. Enhance sales performance through product knowledge education and coaching in selling and clientele skills.
5. Uphold RIMOWA's values and competencies, striving to exceed expectations.
6. Lead by example, demonstrating RIMOWA's sales and service model.
7. Assist client advisors in achieving individual goals by monitoring sales processes and providing feedback.
8. Ensure all team members exemplify company strategies, values, and policies.
9. Maintain a respectful sales environment at all times.
10. Provide outstanding sales and service experiences to all clients.
11. Develop strategies to improve communication, reputation, performance, and client development.
12. Ensure store tidiness and the correct execution of visual merchandising and new launch displays.

1. Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment.

5. Effective communication skills with all organizational levels and customer base.
6. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment.
