1. Manage, coach, and motivate the retail team on the sales floor.
2. Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence in retail activities.
3. Maximize sales performance through product knowledge education and coaching on selling and clientele skills.
4. Assist client advisors in achieving individual goals by monitoring sales processes and providing feedback.
5. Ensure impeccable aftersales service and smooth store operations.
6. Analyze performance data, create action plans, and communicate reports to the General Manager.
7. Uphold RIMOWA values and competencies, striving to exceed expectations.
8. Lead by example in delivering outstanding sales and service experiences.
9. Maintain store tidiness, compliance with health and safety regulations, and execute visual merchandising displays.

1. Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment.
