- Manage, coach, supervise, and motivate the team on the sales floor.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence in retail activities.
- Maximize sales performance through product knowledge education and coaching in selling and clientele skills.
- Assist Client Advisors in achieving individual goals by monitoring the selling process and providing feedback.
- Enable in-store technicians and operations teams to deliver impeccable aftersales service and smooth operations.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance, create action plans, and communicate reports to the General Manager.
- Support and uphold RIMOWA values and competencies, striving to exceed expectations.
- Lead by example in demonstrating RIMOWA's sales and service model, ensuring outstanding client experiences.
- Ensure store tidiness, compliance with health and safety regulations, and proper execution of visual merchandising.
- Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record in building strong teams and managing a store with successful results.
- Higher Education Degree or University degree in a related field.
- Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience in training and coaching team members.
- Ability to interact with clients in a sophisticated manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency with digital tools and POS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
- Proactive and innovative approach to improving store processes and customer experiences.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages such as French are advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in sales and management, ideally within the luxury retail sector, with a proven ability to build and lead successful teams.
Higher Education Degree or University degree in a related field.
