1. Manage, coach, supervise, and motivate the retail team on the floor.
2. Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence in retail activities.
3. Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics and communicate findings to the General Manager.
4. Maximize sales performance through product knowledge, staff coaching, and regular transaction reviews.
5. Uphold RIMOWA values and competencies, striving to exceed expectations.
6. Lead by example, demonstrating RIMOWA's sales and service model.
7. Assist client advisors in achieving individual goals by monitoring sales processes and providing feedback.
8. Ensure all strategies, values, and policies are exemplified by team members.
9. Promote a respectful sales environment at all times.
10. Provide outstanding sales and service experiences to all clients.
11. Develop plans to improve communication, reputation, and client development.
12. Ensure store tidiness and correct execution of visual merchandising and new launch displays.

1. Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Professional sales development skills.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
4. Passion for retail and client service.
5. Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
6. Fluency in the national language and English; additional languages are a plus.
