Rimowa Store Director

- Lead the Milan Via Verri flagship store to deliver exceptional luxury retail experiences and achieve sales targets and KPI objectives.
- Build, inspire and develop a high‑performing team through recruitment, coaching, goal setting and performance management.
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring flawless customer service, operational efficiency, cost control and accurate reporting.
- Manage VIP client relationships and CRM initiatives to cultivate loyalty, organise PR engagements and drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with merchandising and visual teams to optimise stock levels, merchandising standards and in‑store presentation.
- Own post‑purchase client care processes (repairs, warranties, exchanges) to maintain elevated service and satisfaction levels.
- Minimum 10 years of retail experience, preferably within the luxury sector, with proven success managing a high‑traffic store.
- Demonstrable track record as a Store Manager or equivalent leading commercial and people performance.
- University degree (bachelor’s or equivalent) in a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; polished client interaction and PR aptitude.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in retail, ideally within luxury goods; proven experience managing a busy store or flagship location with responsibility for sales, team leadership and operational delivery.
