- Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proven track record in managing a high-traffic store as a Store Manager.
- University degree in a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in training and coaching team members.
- Ability to interact with clients in a sophisticated manner.
- Proficiency with digital tools and POS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proactive and innovative approach to improving store processes and customer experiences.
- Fluency in English and the local language, additional languages are a plus.
A minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail, with a proven track record in managing a high-traffic store as a Store Manager.
University degree in a related field.
