Rimowa Stockroom Assistant

1. Maintain an organised, accessible and accurate in‑store stockroom; receive, inspect, label and store incoming goods.
2. Manage stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies within the merchandise management system, liaising with head office.
3. Coordinate dispatch of goods to customers and head office when required, including preparing documentation and shipping logistics.
4. Provide ad hoc sales floor support to the retail team, including replenishment and product preparation.
5. Support the Store Manager in daily operational tasks to ensure efficient store organisation and stock flow.

1. Minimum three years' relevant experience, preferably in retail warehousing or luxury retail environments.
2. Organised, structured and able to work collaboratively as part of a retail team.
3. Customer‑focused with an appreciation for high‑quality products and luxury service standards.
4. Fluent spoken and written German and English.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in retail stockroom, warehouse operations or luxury retail environments.
