1. Ensure the RIMOWA stock in the store is organized, accessible, and always up to date.
2. Support the store manager and team in the efficient organization of the store.
3. Organize the dispatch of goods to customers and/or head office as required.
4. Receive, check, label, and store goods in the warehouse.
5. Take stock and maintain the merchandise management system, liaising with head office.
6. Check and resolve discrepancies in stock.
7. Provide sales support as required.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but career changers are welcome.
2. Organized, structured, and a team player.
3. Interest in high-quality products that combine tradition and craftsmanship with innovation and functional design.
4. Retail experience or a strong desire to provide customers with the ultimate luxury experience.
5. Fluency in German and English.
