1. Keep RIMOWA stock organized, accessible, and up to date to facilitate store organization and coordinate with the team to drive sales.
2. Supervise deliveries and coordinate with headquarters for annual stock counts.
3. Provide an outstanding and unforgettable client experience.
4. Assist with special requests and perform repairs in coordination with the client care department.
5. Be a team player, eager to learn about products, brand, and history, and collaborate with colleagues.

1. Fluent in German and English. Additional languages are a plus.
