1. Ensure the RIMOWA stock in the store is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
2. Support the store manager and team in efficient store organization.
3. Organize the dispatch of goods to customers and/or head office as required.
4. Receive, check, label, and store goods in the warehouse.
5. Take stock and maintain the merchandise management system, liaising with head office.
6. Check and resolve discrepancies in stock.
7. Provide sales support as needed.

1. Experience in the luxury sector or a willingness to transition into this field.
2. Fluency in German and English.

4. Retail experience or a passion for delivering an ultimate luxury experience to customers.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
