- Ensure the RIMOWA store's stockroom is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
- Support the Store Manager and team in the efficient organization of the store.
- Organize product shipments to customers and/or headquarters as needed.
- Receive, inspect, label, and store deliveries in the stockroom.
- Responsible for cycle counts, inventory management, and coordination with headquarters.
- Conduct discrepancy checks and resolutions.
- Assist in sales when necessary.
- Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but career changers are welcome.
- Organized, structured, and team-oriented.
- Interest in high-quality products that combine tradition, craftsmanship, innovation, and functional design.
- Retail experience or enthusiasm for providing an ultimate luxury experience to customers.
- Fluent in German; English proficiency is advantageous.
