1. Ensure the RIMOWA store's stockroom is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
2. Support the Store Manager and team in the efficient organization of the store.
3. Organize product shipments to customers and/or headquarters as needed.
4. Receive, inspect, label, and store deliveries in the stockroom.
5. Responsible for cycle counts, inventory management, and coordination with headquarters.
6. Conduct discrepancy checks and resolutions.
7. Assist in sales when necessary.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but career changers are welcome.
2. Organized, structured, and team-oriented.
3. Interest in high-quality products that combine tradition, craftsmanship, innovation, and functional design.
4. Retail experience or enthusiasm for providing an ultimate luxury experience to customers.
5. Fluent in German; English proficiency is advantageous.
