1. Ensure the RIMOWA store stock is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
2. Support the store manager and team in efficient store organization.
3. Organize the dispatch of goods to customers and head office as required.
4. Receive, check, label, and store goods in the warehouse.
5. Maintain the merchandise management system and liaise with head office.
6. Check and resolve stock discrepancies.
7. Provide sales support as needed.

1. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but career changers are welcome.
2. Fluency in German and English.

3. Retail experience or a passion for delivering luxury customer experiences.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
